So do you have a favourite shot from this blog?
Maybe it’s already in this lot, or maybe I have missed something special?
Go for a wander through the archives and choose a shot that grabs you.
Then then add your suggestions in the comments section
(either the photoname, or the post in which is showed and description)
and be in the running for an enlarged print of that photo.
Note, your entry can be one of those images listed above too…
While I am feeling like giving stuff away, I notice the ‘Who Rides With Me’ section on the side is inching towards 100 followers. I reckon I should also throw in a bonus print to the 100th mad person to sign up for this Bush Blog?
(I still can’t believe I have 10 people interested, let alone 88!)
Thanks so much for your help (in anticipation).
What would I do without y’all?

I really like "Mustering in the rain", it just paints a picture in my mind.

I really like the old fence shot BB. My 2nd choice would be mustering in the rain. The photo of the old fence is one I would frame for my office wall. the lizards and other reptiles are just, well, well, lets just say not my cup of tea.
We need to see a new photo of Axel 🙂

I think the Action! shot (number 4), is my favourite, I love the movement in it!
It makes want to come watch polo with you!
Cactus Jack Splash
I like the fence and barb wire shot. But then I really like them all, glad I am not in your shoes having to choose.
In addition to the photos you have hanging you could have a digital display of all your photos playing while people shop or proof pages out then you could take custom orders.
Have a great time
Leenie
Number four–catching that polo ball in the net (or whatever you call the thing) is outstanding and six is a beauty! And seven! No, the gate. Whatever. You are a master at "old stuff" and horses. If the people don't appreciate your work at the race they are bonkers. Put my name in the hat. Thanks. Leenie

While I love all your photos, I'm going to choose some that I would hang on my wall. Because as much as I love the horse and cattle shots, etc, they just wouldn't really go in my seaside house.
But I just love nature, so these are the ones I'd love to have that I think would tie in:
One of my favourites is your Bunyip reflections. Also bottle tree moon
Plus I love this bottle tree? – 25th Jan 2008
and the second fence one from 15th Aug 08
And, I do love any of the ones of Admiral's eye. Not sure they'd be right for my wall, but perfect for someone else, and it encapsulates so much of what the Bush represents to you, and I don't doubt anyone who is involved with horses.

I have long loved the gums reflected in the Bunyip Hole – can't remember which post it was…

You had a beautiful close up of a foal's eye. It was gorgeous! So are most of these, I'm just saying you can't beat horsie eyes! Hippomanic Jen.

Of this lot (which are fabulous and I love them all) I would pick #1 and #7 I think.
Debby
I'm with Trace. Bunyip reflections, and (I can't believe you left it out…) Bottle Tree Moon. But also, you had one of a mob of kangaroos. In the midst of it, there were three kangaroos standing in a row, one behind the other, with their heads cocked, looking curiously at the camera. I'd take that picture, crop it so that the three kangaroos are the focal point. It just made me laugh. I also think you ought to include one or two of your panoramic sunsets shots. I think you ought to also include a couple cattle mustering pictures…big view of cattle mobs and working men.
I realize that I've given you quite a batch of opinions. You asked for it, lady.

your shots are ALL amazing. Love number 4 🙂

Hi Bush Babe..thanks for stopping in at my blog. All of your pictures are wonderful. Another one of yours that I really liked was the last shot of the windmill on your October 4th blog post. I found you from the Pioneer Woman's site and stop by regularly. Always fun to visit. 🙂

You don't have any horse eye close-up's! You MUST put an eye in there!
Also I really love the one of your dad's hands (myfathershands_1324).
Plus I love this warped tree with the storm behind it (pmsun_1081)
Also being from Pioneer Woman's neck of the woods… I LOVE any that show the beautiful contrast those red clay roads bring out — take your pick, ones with the purple flowers, or the little red flowers, lol… yeah there are too many to name!

Wow BB you sure set some tough tasks….I've spent the last hour going through your wonderful photography and now I'm so confused I feel as goofy as a bed bug…I adore #3, Jacaranda Petals, I'm always in awe of the magnificent purple carpet created by Mother Nature. Another of your photos I just Love is Garden Gazing (24.8.09) "Lady Bug on Snow Pea", I love it's simplicity and the striking colour, it would look just gorgeous hanging on my wall (as would Jacaranda Petals) but I'm not sure it would qualify under the heading of Aussie Bush Images….Anyway whatever you choose to have printed will be a hit, they are all beautiful.
Lydia
Hey BB!
They are ALL wonderful shots! But I think I would add to the list:
Bottle tree moon, and one of the shots you have on the side of your page — it's just a really wide red road… LOVE that.
Good luck! Hope you sell lots — you have alot of beautiful photography to offer.
Wendy
They are all gorgeous of course BB! Hard choice, but I love Purple Boots and an older one of little grey Thelwell pony at gymkana – Smiling Ears. I know he is not one of your ponies but I have looked back at those photos a few times and thought how cute he/she was. Just imagine a Melbourne Cup line up with a few of those beauties .. lol. Keep up the good work – just love your blog!

BB, I read the other comments, they were all great responses but I didn't see any support for my fav' – the white furry pony with the smiling ears. I really like that pony. Bill

OMG – gorgeous pics, gorgeous blog. I love the mustering photo. There's just something special about a man on a horse herding cattle (my man tends to use the horse with two wheels).
(and "hi" BB … probably time I came out of lurkdom here)
Bush Babe
Holy smokes people… am beginning to trawl up some of these suggestions!! Noting lots of anonymous commenters – leave me an initial at least so I know how to identify my winner…
Entries close Wednesday night 10pm (Granite Glen time).
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your favourite shots here.

I love all of your images but there are a couple that hold my heart 🙂
I love the first prickly pear cactus shot from the Road Trip post. I think it's the 4th image down? And the one of the red road and blue sky. You had it as your banner for a bit. And of course all of them in the montage you made me but especially the side of the horse's face, i can just feel the excitement. Just gorgeous!
And i'm with everyone else. Admiral's Eye is amazing. So beautiful.

With "In Pursuit", the "decisive moment" comes to mind. One foot on the ground and three up. Spectacular!
Steve
Aaargh! This thing still only lets me post as "Anonymous", Perhaps others are having the same difficulties?
Kelly
There are some mighty fine choices here! I didn't read all the comments, but I did see that Debby mentioned Bottle Tree Moon… a personal favorite of mine!
Bush Babe
OK people… time's up and we have a winner. About to post accordingly.
Again, thanks so much for taking the time to look and comment – fabulous help!!!

I like all your shots here. I also like your Australian landscapes, like the one in this post:

You can do this. Some of these images are just stunning.
