What was the question again?
You know, as a country-turned-city-turned-country girl, I often get asked the question:
Do I ever miss living in ‘civilisation’?
And the long answer is that, while I do love restaurants and movies and delicatessans, I find the lack of in-your-faceness, the absence of traffic roar, the lack of unwanted info about your neighbours toileting habits, among many other benefits offered by the bush, absolutely addictive.
No.
Mother Nature shows off better out here.
That’s all.

Isn’t sunset grand. You say it looks like anything that you want it to look like.

You’ve chosen wisely, BB.

BB I think, nope I’m sure, you have chosen wisely. You can always come to the city for a holiday or a shopping spree, not too sure how many city folk do visit the country – maybe drive through country areas to get from one city to the next!!!
And furthermore, country air is not polluted!!! And the list of positives goes on and on.
My score: Country living 10 – City “existing” – 2 and that is being generous!
Cheers

Agreed. I moved from town (small, but still town) to the country 25 years ago and hope never to have to move back!
