Looking down…
A bit of a play on words for me, because my mantra (when life becomes a bit of a rollercoaster or rodeo) is usually:
“JUST LOOK UP, DON’T LOOK DOWN!”
Taken while mustering on Yvette during December 2010.
Same day as this shot was taken.
And same day I lost my hat while trying to gallop around some cattle.
Apparently you cannot ride hard, hang on to a camera AND to a hat.
Not unless you have three hands.
You can trust me when I assure you… I was NOT looking down at that point.

Those Nikons can take a lot of adventure and still produce great photos…sometimes (as in my case) in spite of the photographer.
I have a pocket size Canon that takes nice pictures, but the little digital monitor used to frame the photo is worthless in bright sunlight. It takes point and shoot and hope to another level of frustration. Sometime petite and cute isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
