He and Dash were helping the boys at the yards to sort and weigh steers… well, he was there and providing some entertainment and serious moral support anyway!

A little horse and little man amongst big horses, big people and lots of dust…

After the steers are safely yarded, we get down to some serious one-on-one. Off the lead. On our own. A little nervously…
First you’ve gotta get the feel of a new steed in a nice small yard…

It’s hard, hot work in those yards. A couple of young workers take a break.
And a long drink…
And a mouthful of grass (’cause a Shetland could starve if you’re not really careful!)
