Ekka snap 1: Friends
Among the many attractions of making the 11-hour round trip to Brisbane for the Ekka, is the chance to meet up with friends… I managed to catch up with a number of my special mates over the course of our three days there. (I should make sure I thank for them here for their patience at our mad schedule – especially my friends M&K who had to drive us to a dinner event in order to actually catch some conversation with us!).
As I mentioned yesterday, my darling Nikon is a little emotional at the moment, so I didn’t get many shots of the action OR our mates. But this is one snap I did manage…

The idea that two ex-B&S* stalwarts are now mothers of ‘pretty-in-pink girly girls’ just blows me away!
