Cannot embed story here, but check out this link for a terrific piece on an amazing horseman. Please ignore the shiny, grinning woman in the colourful scarf mid-story. She was kinda ambushed partway through getting some autographs for a couple of star-struck young ladies (Violet and cousin Ruby).

As a longtime horse lover who has seen Guy perform three times at different venues over the years, I am definitely a fan of his ability and his passion for what he does. So when I say I am proud of a bloke who doesn’t actually know me, I speak as a fellow Queenslander, a fellow Aussie and a fellow horse-lover. I could never aspire to what he does, but I can continue to applaud loudly from the audience.
Also love that one of our local towns features so beautifully.

Yes, that’s what I said to the reporter… don’t think you quite ‘get’ how incredible he is unless you’ve tried to train a horse really! Mesmerising for horse-lovers. Gotta love his passion. 🙂
