Hot cakes!
AS you may be aware, the last 18 months has been… challenging.
With various health issues, I have taken far less photos than I normally do. (Where ‘normally’ equals ‘a ludicrious number’!)
And I was weary – I didn’t REALLY feel like putting a calendar of my best images together… it’s exhausting. Well I have to say, I am SO GLAD I did.
I printed my usual batch and Woof!… they were ordered.
I got more enquiries, took a deep breath and ordered another batch and…
BANG!!! Gone again!
What’s going ON out there?
I could keep on doing this, but I think my husband MIGHT like his wife back at some stage.
I suspect I need a secretary – efficiency and the office and I are not familiar.
I feel like I need wine to help me cope. But then I might send someone three batches by accident. And that could be messy!
This is my hardworking ‘crew’ getting orders packed and ready for mailing.
Three generations working seamlessly… well, pretty much.
The oldest and youngest generations popped out for a spot of grocery shopping while the middle recalcitrant (moi) laboured on writing on cards and tying things with brown string…
Mother’s garden trolly DID come in handy…
I am about halfway through orders… can someone send wine please?
Anyway I am officially SOLD OUT!! TWICE.

When life is hard to fathom at times, wine can help. It may not fix things, but can have you sitting easier. Good to hear your calendar sales have gone well.

I received a plaintive IM from Kabul. Cara said, “Please, PLEASE tell me that you ordered me a calendar this year”. I headed off straightaway to place the order.
