Canine names (and puppy punishment)
Here is Pitch.
He’s the cuddliest of the litter. He also likes chewing flowers. He’s a Sensitive New Age Puppy (SNAP).
This is Roley.
He’s the chubbiest and calmest of the brothers. He’s also known as BOOFA. Luckily that fluffy hide is pretty thick…
And this is Kink.
He’s bright as a button and the smallest of Cruel’s little men. He most often hears the words:
Get out of that, you RATBAG!
You’ll see why shortly.

All are getting VERY well socialised, thanks mostly to Dash and TLW.
They sleep VERY well between bouts of playing…
It can get pretty physical at times on the Granite Glen lawn… 
Dash is a bit more gentle than his sister – most of the time…
But I can see problems ahead in our happy household… where is Kink going? And what is his brother doing behind him?
Oh yeah… shut your eyes and pretend you don’t see those shoes, my friend! I can read your mind… 
Uh huh!! Not looking so innocent now, little furball! Step away from the shoes…
*whistle*
Good boy… come here!
Oh Hello Pitch! Come here too… good boy!
Hey! Cut that out Pitch – those are Dash’s new shoes!
Who’s that nibbling at my toes? Roley! Stop tasting me….
Kink! Enough! Not the pedicure! Owwww! Step AWAY from the toes…
Dash come and help Mummy!
That’s it…
I hearby sentence Kink to …
10 minutes on the trike!

Oh gosh, thank goodness kids don’t grow up as quickly as dogs.
Kink looks quite chastened, and I’m SURE that he will NEVER do that again…

Those have to be the cutest puppies ever! I love Kink, he is so dang cute! You will have to get a shoe box so the puppies won’t eat your shoes!! LOL!!

Bush Baby, I followed you over here from Life’s Funny Like That. Your thoughts on how grass would solve problems in the Middle East made me have to know more about you. Too funny … and maybe true. Also your comment about travel broadening ones horizons is so true. And if we can’t afford the travel, we have the internet.
There is not much better in life than kids and puppies. Great post.

Debby – you can rest assured that Kink in wholly intent on repeating his mistakes numerous times hourly – he has learned nothing. Also, Roley is definitely NOT going to Salina’s bedroom. I like having mys sister still talking to me.
Andrea – I must take a photo of all the shoes/boots/slide-ons at this house. We would need a cardboard factory to supply enough boxes!!! You’d think an army lived here..

several years ago some friends got a havanese puppy – a member of the bichon family. this puppy was, maybe , 8 inches long (from nose to the tip of the tail) and about 4 inches high at the shoulder. this teeny little package of puppy managed to have me trapped on an office chair because it was after toes. i’m extremely ticklish and was wearing sandals. it was rather embarrassing.
the puppies are very cute.
